Between honorary degrees and getting knighted, I’m being to think this world is a sham. I mean, if we are just giving out honorary degrees, I’m going to go ahead and nominate that Jared guy from the Subway commercials. Because he deserves something. He’s spent thousands of dollars eating crappy deli sandwichs and he’s getting fat again. I bet he gets up everynight and wears a dark wig with those glasses that have a fake nose attached and he goes through the drive thru at Jack In The Box. He deserves a degree because his life is so sad.

But Bono being Knighted. Hey, whatever. I don’t know anything about him and I really only like one U2 song. So he could be worthy of it. I dunno. Anyway.

Real name Paul Hewson, Bono received honorary knighthood from the Queen of England for his work in the music biz. Bono is 46 years old and was with his wife, Ali Hewson, when he was knighted.
