Tori Spelling delivered her daughter via C-section yesterday at 3:13pm. Her name is Stella Doreen McDermott and she weighs 6lbs 8oz. This is Tori and Dean’s second child together.

Congratulations to Tori and Dean. Their son is really cute so I bet their daughter will be adorable, too. Oddly enough, Tori and Dean make a good mix. Alone, they are both a little off (mean but true) but together its a good combination. Lucky for those kids!
