I think she is full of crap about not driving! I do not believe for a minute that the dope was not hers. However, after seeing Nicole and Paris receive so little time for what they did Lindsay just might be correct about being able to get away with it because she is a celebrity. Since she has a great deal more talent than Nicole and Paris she may just receive probation. I by no means think it is just or fair in any way. I am just considering the facts of the matter. It is obvious that if you are rich and famous you will get a slap on the wrist. We all know that if Paris and nicole were not rich and famous they would have received a much stiffer sentence than they did. Anybody else would have done some serious time in jail without any special treatment. It will be interesting to see what sentence the Judge hands down to Lindsay.
