Nicole’s Going to Jail, too

Nicole Richie went to trial today for her second DUI. She will serve 3 days in the big house (she received a one-day credit for going to court, dropping her original 4 day sentence down to 3 days) and she was fined $2048… nothing to her! Nicole must serve her time before September 28 of this year. TMZ also reported this:
The 25-year-old is expected to give birth sometime in January.
Is that an official confirmation? I don’t know! You can read about Nicole’s day in court here, thanks to TMZ.com. I say put her in prison forever!

I can’t believe that she only got 3 days in jail! This is outrageous! What she did was way worse than what Paris did! I wonder how Paris feels about this? I think that they both should have gotten a lot more time than they received. I guess we will have to wait and see if Lindsay gets any time at all since she is actually talented and a real celebrity!
