Lately there have been all these stories going around about how broke Lindsay Lohan is and about how no one wants to hire her. Well, if she can’t get a job, why is she always photographed out shopping? It doesn’t make sense. I mean I’m sure she gets free crap sometimes but not every store gives their crap away to celebrities for free, do they? Lindsay annoys me because she seems to think of herself as elite when in reality she’s a couple boyfriends away from being the new Britney. It’s probably only so long before those sickos make a website predicting her death, like they did for Britney and Amy Winehouse. And now to add to her drama, Lindsay Lohan is being sued by some chick she “followed” in her car months back.

Tracie Rice was in the car with Michele Peck, the mother of Lohan’s assistant who had recently quit, as Peck was being chased by Lohan. Rice claims that she lost a well-paying job and suffered emotional trauma as a result of the incident.

The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages, as well as payment of medical and other expenses.

Rice alleges she thought she was being carjacked at the time of the incident and believed that her life was in danger. She also said that Lohan’s high-speed pursuit of them put her at “extreme risk of death or injury.”

I can’t believe I’m about to defend Lohan but.. this lady clearly just wants money and probably a little attention. How she lost her job because of Lindsay? I have no idea. I think it’s a sad, pathetic thing when something bad happens (like a car accident/car chase) and money-grubbing people take advantage of the situation because of the stigma that celebrities are all so rich that it doesn’t affect them. If she  was getting into a car chase with a normal person like herself, she wouldn’t be suing! That lady deserves to lose, just cause she’s a friggin’ bitch!
