There’s no stopping Lindsay Lohan from doing what she’s good at: partying and shopping.

Now that she’s out of rehab and strawberry-blonde, Lindsay has been spotted just about everywhere shopping and partying.

Remember when she went out to The Box with Jude Law and partied?

Remember how she came late to work then said she was tired, napped, then threw up and went home?

Does that sound like someone sober to you? You’d think she could get at least one legit person on her team that can say to her, “You have a problem, you didn’t get better, and you need to clean up so you don’t ruin yourself and your career.”

But instead, she keeps partying. Last night, she partied at Plumm with May Anderson and Charlotte Ronson. Her rep said, “Lindsay’s doing fine. She’s taking her life day by day.”

Day by day or bottle by bottle?
