If he didn’t realize what a bad mother Britney Spears was before, I guess that magazine cover of Us Weekly featuring Britney getting topless in front of a college student and drinking with him set him over the edge.

Kevin Federline, ex-husband of Britney Spears and father of Spears’ two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, is now seeking more custody of their two children. Kevin and Britney currently share custody equally 50/50. However, Federline is now seeking more custody because of the way Britney has been behaving lately. Kevin is worried about his sons. Hell, I am too!

Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin Federline’s lawyer, filed the custody papers on behalf of Kevin today, according to TMZ. Because the papers are under seal, it is not known whether or not Kevin is seeking full custody or not. Let’s hope he is and let’s hope he gets it!

Except… if he gets full custody, and he takes the kids to see Lynne Spears, won’t Britney just go more bonkers? And to be honest, I don’t think I can read another story about Britney shaving her head and whipping her chicken grease fingers on designer dresses. The train-wreck has to stop sometime, and I don’t know if the world can watch much longer! Maybe they should share custody on the conditions that Britney go back to rehab? We’ll see what happens!
