This isn’t surprising at all. According to an ex-Scientologist (he will SO be dead within a year), Tom Cruise couldn’t get the kind of women he wanted so he held a “casting call” for Mission Impossible 3. The top three contenders for the “role” aka being Tom’s girlfriend were: Jennifer Garner, Scarlett Johansson, and Jessica Alba. Jennifer and Jessica apparently knew better and turned down the offer but Scarlett took the bait. When she showed up for the audition at the Scientology Center in Hollywood, she got freaked out and took off. So when Tom had his agent place the 4th choice call to Katie Holmes, she showed up. She needed a career so OF COURSE she came! I guess as soon as Tom saw her he knew she was “the one” and the rest, as they say, is history.

I could totally see this story being true. Its coming from a ex-Scientology member so you know it’s going to be true. Then when they find him mysteriously dead in his apartment, I’m sure Scientology will only then have evidence to prove all of this not to be true. But until then, we know the truth. Tom’s a weirdo and I’d venture to say all the rest of the Scientologists are, too. Especially John Travolta. Maybe the church tells him that wig looks good but the rest of the world knows the truth.
