Kathy Griffin Won an Emmy
Finally! Over the weekend, ginger Kathy Griffin won an Emmy for her show “My Life on the D-List” and I am happy. My fiance absolutely hates Kathy Griffin, and I used to think she was an obnoxious punk, too but one night I watched her stand-up about famous people and it just got to me. I think part of her funny is making fun of herself, which you sort of have to admire. Anyway, Kathy accepted her away by saying,
“A lot of people come up here and thank Jesus for this award. I want you to know that no one had less to do with this award than Jesus…. This award is my god now!” (Source)
Hey, I never said she was classy. All I said is that she’s a funny lady. I wonder why her husband Matt and her got divorced? Think she’s secretly a diva in real life? Probably!

I am SO happy for her! I love “Life on The D List” and also, her standup. On one episode of her show, she went to a really bad part of LA and gave out $100 bills to single moms. I thought that was great! She takes care of her mom and she seems like a great person! And she is hilarious!
