I’m not sure why all these celebrities are always trying to beat down the paparazzi. I mean, I get that its probably really annoying having people follow you around all the time, taking pictures of you looking crappy and snapping you while you pick a wedgie. But they wanted to be famous and this is part of it! I mean, if paps never took their picture all the time, they wouldn’t be in magazines, we wouldn’t see them nearly as much, and we really wouldn’t pay attention to them like we do now. They should be happy the paps are interested in them. And instead of being jerks to the paps, cut them some sort of deal. Then it would be a win-win situation. But getting all pissy and violent? I just don’t get it. I think it says something about Jude and Justin. Anyway, here’s what happened.

Jude, 34, tried to take a paps camera away because the pap was taking pictures of his children. While Jude was trying to get the camera, he called the man a pedophile and apparently injured him. The pap filed a police report, and after this, Jude turned himself in to the local police. Jude was held on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm, booked, and fingerprinted and given a court date in October.

I’m on the fence on whether or not I think he should get into trouble. While the pap probably was violating Jude’s space (although the pap denied doing so and denied taking pictures of Jude’s children), I think Jude needs to learn how to relax a bit. What am I saying? I have a horrible temper. I probably would have punched him in the eye!
