He was speaking specifically about actresses who take parts knowing that there's nudity called for in the script, then get prissy about it after they've already committed to the part and try to get the script changed after filming starts. If you've got qualms about the requirements of a role, the time to make those objections isn't when the director says "okay, we're filming the love/shower/whatever scene after lunch." This quote was out of context.
