Homewrecker and Girlfriend of Marilyn Manson
Evan Rachel Wood is a 19 year old actress who starred in “The Upside of Anger” with Joan Allen and Kevin Costner. It is rumored that she, only 19 years old, had an affair with rocker Marilyn Manson while he was still married to Dita Von Teese.
This is just wrong. Normally I’m an advocate for “age doesn’t matter” and all that, but 19 is quite young to have an affair with someone.. who is 38 and into drugs. Yikes.
Marilyn Manson spoke openly about Evan Rachel Wood in an interview with a French newspaper.
“I’ve found my double, my twin, with my new girlfriend, Evan Rachel Wood. She’s 19 and certainly that’s very young .. but that’s not a problem for me. She likes the same things as me. She understands I like to get up when night falls and go to sleep at dawn.”
Manson, who became single last Christmas, also speaks quite freely about the end of his relationship with Dita Von Teese.
Our relationship ended at Halloween. I was completely destroyed psychologically. I’d rented a house and begun working on this disc, which sort of tells everything that happened to me during the past year. I was married to someone who wanted me to change. Become more adult, more responsible. I began not to like myself, not like what I do. I lost my identity. Everything began collapsing around me. The record allowed me to put an end to that. Dita left at Christmas while I was recording.”
While I think Marilyn Manson is pretty regular, aside from his look and his music, I still don’t think this 19 year old should be staying up all night on drugs with Marilyn Manson. Creepy. What must her parents think?

I agree with you on the “age doesn’t matter thing” but when one part of the couple is young like 19 it just doesn’t seem right. Like 29/48 doesn’t seem that bad at all, or 39/58. Ya know?

Sooo…here’s my thing..im older than Manson’s new gf, i met him years ago, before a concert by total accident, he wasnt A)a creep, he was polite and very reserved. B)love has no age, she is old enough to make her own desiscions, and remember if you watch Comedy central after 11 pm, every other commercial is for “Girls gone wild” “barely legal” so remember that when you point finger. Happiness belongs to everyone, age, race, sexual orientation, whatever, who are we to judge what is right and wrong. for those of you who are Christian or refer at any time to the bible, as Mr. Manson does so so very often, you will remember “thou shalt not judge, lest thee be judge.” She is 19, im 20 i would love to be where she is, Manson is one of the most beautiful people because of how often he is rideculed, and put down. Marilyn Manson is just a human being, he has the right to date whoever he wants. so what if he looks and thinks differently? who wants to spend their life being a sheep and following the crowd? i wish people wouldnt judge so much
Marilyn Manson isn’t a weirdo, he either has very clever marketers on his side or he figured out himself how to make a splash in the entertainment scene and get very famous: The relationship with a girl young enough to be his daughter is just the cherry on top of a cleverly crafted image.
