Here are candids of singer Sheryl Crow doing an intense uphill workout in California over the last week. Now, I’m all for women staying is good shape but when your arms start looking gross compared to Madonna’s arms, you’re in trouble. Because let’s face it, Madonna has the arms of a tweaker burn out who hasn’t eaten in three days. And Sheryl Crow is beginning to make Madge look good, and that ain’t right.

In these pictures it’s hard to tell but Sheryl’s getting yoked in a weird, too thin, too muscular sort of way.

Is it just me or do you always get the impression that Sheryl Crow still isn’t over her relationship with Lance Armstrong? She went and adopted a baby to try and fill the void when she should’ve just used pills and alcohol like the rest of the celebs! Now shes got a lifetime commitment with that kid. Geez. Now Sheryl Crow is needing some attention so she decided to make it known that both she and her pal Jennifer Aniston were the ones doing the dumping in their relationship. Uh-huh.

“For both of us, the perceived idea is that, in our big relationships, we both got dumped. Believe me, this is not true. Neither one of us has ever gotten dumped. No one ever knows what goes on in relationships.

“Unfortunately, for some people like Jennifer and me, so much is written about things that you don’t say, and so many emotions are attributed to you that you haven’t had.”

Interesting.. I believe Jen may have dumped Brad because she has the mentality “dumped or be dumped” but I really don’t think Sheryl Crow dumped Lance Armstrong. I mean, she stuck by him through cancer and whatnot, I think she was in it for the long haul. Maybe she’s just trying to get Lance’s attention? What an attention whore.

Sheryl Crow, the ex-girlfriend of sexy Lance Armstrong, has just posted a message on her official website that she has adopted! Maybe she can hang out with Angie and Madonna and they can all trade adoption/parenting tips! Fabulous. Sheryl wrote:

I am so excited to share with you guys that I’ve adopted a little boy ..he was born 2 weeks ago.
His name is Wyatt (after my dad) Steven (after my little brother and Scooter) and we are enjoying some very private family time.

Just wanted you to be the first to know.

I’m sure you’re going to be seeing a crapload of pictures of her in Us Weekly now with this new kid. Or her having lunch with Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston, and now her little tyke will be with her. I can see it already!
