Nick Hogan is in prison for driving recklessly and for putting his friend, John Graziano, into a coma. When he went to prison, he said he knew he had to pay for what he did to John and his family. But ever since he’s been in, and his phone calls to his mom and dad have been leaked, it appears Nick is a selfish little brat, like we all expected.

He bitched and moaned to his mom about being is solitary confinement, saying it was unfair. He even tried to get out of jail but asking the judge to put him on house arrest–the request was of course denied. Between calling John an angry person and making it sound like this was John’s fate, Nick hasn’t done anything but think about himself and all the money he’s going to make from being in jail. Little shit.

And now he’s out of solitary confinement and in a cell with 3 other inmates. The cell also has a television set. I hope he’s thrilled and I hope the judge doesn’t let him out of jail even a day early. Seriously! g

Almost a year ago, on August 26, 2008, Nick Bollea (aka Nick Hogan) was speeding up to 100mph when he crashed his car. His friend and passenger, John Graziano, has been in and out of a coma since. He will spend the rest of his life in a nursing home and will probably never walk or talk again. Sad!

John’s family sued Nick Hogan, due to his reckless driving in the past and the fact that there was alcohol in his system at the time of the accident. Yikes. Today Nick was sentenced to 8 months in a county jail, 5 years of probation (he cannot drink alcohol while on probation), 500 hours of community service and his drivers license it suspended for 5 years. Before you said “good, he deserved it,” here’s what Nick had to say:

“I would like to apologize to the Grazianos and to my family for the accident. Every single day I think about the accident and about John. I will never ever be able to say I’m sorry enough. I’m ready to take my punishment.”

Well, its all very sad but at least he recognizes that he has made a mistake and its actually owning up to it.

Finally, yesterday a law suit was filed against the Hogan family by the family of John Graziano (the friend that was with Nick when he totaled his car last year). Everyone knew it was only a matter of time before the family was going to sue the Hogans for everything. (Edit: I think Nick was acting stupid and driving out of control. He should definitely get punished. But.. would this family be suing them if Nick Bollea wasn’t Nick Hogan? Probably not. And they must take into account that John got into the car with his friend, knowing that there would be a race..) Anyway, the family of John Graziano is asking for lots and lots of money:

The suit will seek damages in the millions, said attorney George Tragos, but the exact amount is not known because it remains unclear how expensive Graziano’s care will be. Tragos said the former Marine’s medical bills already exceed $1 million.

Graziano is still in a semi-conscious coma, where he responds only to heat and touch. It is unknown whether or not he will ever come out of the coma. Nick Hogan should definitely be held responsible for this but I don’t know that suing his family is going to make anything better. It won’t restore their son back to normal, at least.

So, here’s some news that comes rather expected. Nick Hogan has turned himself into the Clearwater police Wednesday morning for reckless driving that caused devastating bodily injury to his friend, John Graziano. Nick was going 60 mph in a 40 mph zone when he hit a tree. Sadly, John’s brain injuries are so serious that doctors believe he will need special care for the rest of his life. They also released information stating that Nick was under the influence when the accident happened back in August. (Another piece of info that was pretty much expected.) Nick’s representative made a statement this morning stating:

“Nick and the entire Hogan Bollea family are saddened that criminal charges have been filed in regards to the tragic single car accident on August 26, 2007. Nick will meet and answer these charges in the appropriate arena ­a court of law.”

I’m sure Nick’s family is upset…I would be if it was my son. However, I can’t help but think of the episode where Nick’s dad made him carry around one of those mechanical babies that cry periodically to teach young adults what its like to be a parent. Nick lugged that baby around and it drove him nuts with its nonstop crying. He claimed that he learned from that lesson that he wouldn’t want to be a dad until he was older. I’m thinking his dear old dad is wondering just what lesson he should have been teaching his son. My guess is the Hulk would rather have a grandchild on the way compared to this issue.

I just don’t feel all that sorry for Nick. I keep thinking I should but I don’t. His friend John, and his parents, have a very hard life ahead of them and its all because of a dumb kid who chose to drink and then drive. So I’m sure the Hogan family is very upset, but they should be thankful that their son Nick is at least able to eat, speak and breath on his own.

Remember when Nick Bollea, aka Nick Hogan, got into a really bad car accident back on August 26th and his passenger ended up in the hospital? Well, that crash may cause Nick more money and woe than the pain it caused his buddy.

The police report from the accident was released today and guess what? There may be some drugs and alcohol involved, although we are still waiting on the tests. Uh-oh! This could be a whole bunch of bad for Nick and his family.

The passenger in the car, Nick’s friend John Graziano, is still in the hospital in a coma. Doctors say that while John is expected to recover, he will never fully recover from the brain damage he suffered from the accident. That is seriously so sad. I think his family should sue Nick, and not because they are rich but because Nick is notorious for driving wild like a dumb ass and he totally caused this! What do you guys think?

Last night Nick Bollea, Hulk Hogan’s 17-year-old son, was in a car accident where he was pulled from the car by the fire department and air-lifted to a hospital. It is known this morning that Nick is going to be okay. While his condition was thought to be quite serious last night, Nick was discharged from the hospital this morning and is at home resting. His passenger, who is also his friend (name unknown), is said to still be in critical condition and still hospitalized. It is unknown whether the friend will sue Nick. If the friend passes away, I’m sure the family of the kid will sue Nick’s family. That’s how shit goes down in Hollywood. Nothing can be a true accident. Someone always has to pay!
