Mischa Barton has always annoyed me because she sucks–even in her The O.C. hayday. And she has said a lot of stupid shit, and been snapped by the paps looking drunk, drugged out, fat, skinny–everything. And I never posted anything about her because I really did not care at all. And I still don’t. But news is slow and so I am forced to put her bloated ass up and make some sort of comment on it. And since she dresses like a chubby cross between a 90′s business woman and an emo girl that works at Hot Topic, the only thing I can comment on is her overall hideousness. Bad clothes (I swear she picks clothes that are the most unflattering to her figure), no career, and coke bloat–that’s all I see when I look at her. Oh and if you can see your zipper sticking out, your jeans are too small. Fun fact!

Why?

Why would anyone ever think it is okay to wear a floral romper? Why? A really small, short floral romper with a belt, nonetheless. Why would anyone wear this monstrosity with black sweater tights? Why would anyone BUY black lace up shoes that look like a Gem Styler threw up all over them? And then wear those shoes with a floral, belted romper with black sweater tights? And why would anyone top this outfit off with a mini leather jacket? Why? And THEN think it’s a good enough idea to have your friend match your outfit. Why? I mean, WHY?

Here is Mischa “I’m too good for The O.C. and I want to be a movie star with my new fame but I suck too much to do anything but become a has-been TV star with no career, a drug problem, and bad taste in clothes” Barton shopping with some mystery friend who thought it would be cool to match. They both look like a fucked up cross between bad 80′s and 90′s fashion and they should seriously get a full length mirror… and a clue.

Also, someone needs to make sure Mischa gets the memo on the White-Trashiness of Chipping Nail Polish.

On a positive note, her face has gone from sunken in from drugs to bloated with sobriety. Wait, is that really a positive note?

 

Mischa Barton will accept a plea deal in her DUI case, sparing her any jail time, a source tells PEOPLE.

The former O.C. star will plead no contest to DUI at her arraignment Thursday in Beverly Hills court, and agree to serve a three-year unsupervised probation term, the source says.

Barton will also be sentenced to a three-month alcohol-education class, and pay a fine of approximately $1,700. In addition, a marijuana possession charge against the actress will be dropped, due to the small amount found. Another charge of driving without a license will be reduced to an infraction, according to the source.

A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office would not comment on the case.

The terms of the plea deal, negotiated by Barton’s lawyer Anthony V. Salerno, are expected to be signed off on by the court Thursday. Such a deal is common for first-time offenders.

Barton, 22, was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles on Dec. 27, after sheriff deputies spotted her weaving between two lanes of traffic and she failed to signal when making a turn.

On Jan. 10, Barton told Ryan Seacrest’s L.A. radio show: “Obviously I’m 100 percent responsible for my actions in this case. I’m really disappointed in myself. I don’t know what to say about it, except that I’m not perfect, and I just don’t ever intend to do something this stupid again.”
