We all get a little soft for the first few months after we get married. Don’t know why but we do. But Mariah Carey went from being a new hard-body pre-wedding to… this. It’s almost as if she gained more weight than she lost! And she always tries to hide it by pouring herself into the tightest spanx/corset contraption she can find. Kind of have to hand it to her for trying, because you know being a size 10 in a size 6 corset just kills. Here are a few pictures of Mariah Carey performing live at The Chicago Theatre over this past weekend. Interesting break-away dress, too.

I knew right when Mariah Carey got married that she was gonna get all thick again. I don’t have a problem with thick but I do have a problem with liars. Remember when Mariah went on a media rampage about how good she felt losing weight and how fat she felt before? Homegirl needs to check herself before she goes on the record slamming her chubby self. Did she really think she was gonna give up all her butterfly-shaped chocolates and loads of wine?

Here Mariah is filming her new video H.A.T.E.U. on the beach in California the other day. I guess she doesn’t look at blogs or have a mirror because she certainly isn’t acting like she gained 20 lbs.

But she has.

Mariah Carey is on the cover of the August 2008 issue of Elle Magazine. Inside the issue Mariah talks about her marriage to Nick Cannon, her new body and her album. People are saying this magazine cover looks really photoshopped but I happen to think this cover is the least photoshopped cover that Mariah has done in a long time. I think she looks really natural and very skinny BUT she is skinny now so we know it’s not fake! Good for her!

I still cannot believe that Mariah Carey got married to Nick Cannon after only dating him since March. With that said, I hope it works. I know it probably won’t, but having that huge “Mariah” tattoo on his back is really going to suck after she dumps him in 8 months. On the positive, Mariah Carey is looking really good. Her new thin body is totally working for her. It’s like her outside matches her inside now.  Here are pictures of Mariah and Nick on their first outing as married couple. A lot of people are saying that Mariah Carey‘s new photos in the latest issue of Vibe Magazine are extremely photoshopped. I don’t think they’re 100% photoshop free, but I think Mariah deserves some credit. She has been doing a lot of working out and dieting and has a new, amazing body. Let’s give her some credit when she deserves it, people! I think she looks good and I think this is what she probably really looks like now!
