I love seeing these wax figures! Some of them are so realistic that you have trouble differentiating between the real people and their wax figure! I think the best I’ve seen is a wax figure of The Rock at Maddam Tussauds in Las Vegas. They also have a great Hugh Hefner there, too. These new wax figures of Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore are pretty good. They’re a little better than the original, if you ask me. Drew Barrymore wishes she was that thin and Cameron Diaz wishes she was that pretty! Other than that, they look crazy similar. You know what they should start doing? Making the wax figures of celebrities being celebrities. Like Avril Lavigne spitting on a paparazzi and Jessica Alba giving the paps a dirty look while she tries to cover her face and of Britney wearing ripped fish-nets with no underwear. When you look at Maddam Tussaud’s new wax figure of Justin Timberlake from afar, it is an uncanny resemblance. But when you see the JT creation up close, you kind of wonder if 90210′s Brian Austin Green mated with Wentworth Miller and pooped out a wax statue that looked like JT. Cause I’m thinking that’s what this statue looks like up close.

According to the people at Maddam Tussauds, it took four months to perfect the new Justin wax masterpiece. It had to be perfect, so Justin himself got involved.

A Madame Tussauds spokesman said: “Justin has been involved in the waxwork, selecting the images and the look that he wanted.

“He’s one of those personalities that the public have been saying they would love to get up close and personal with for a long time.” (Source)

I bet Justin felt like he had to get involved cause he’s a perfectionist. But it’s good that he did, I guess, because that wax thing looks pretty damn real. It’s crazy.

If you haven’t been there, you should go. That museum of wax, man, it’s insane. They have one of The Rock that looks just like him, and another one of Hugh Hefner that’s pretty uncanny. I’d be scared to see how they’d fashion me. Then I’d get to see what I really look like. Yikes.
