Halle Berry is Pregnant

Aww, starting the new week with pregnancy news. Much more refreshing than Britney Spears news, although the VMA’s are only days away and I’m sure there is going to be some drama.

Anyway, its official that Halle Berry is pregnant with Gabriel Aubry’s baby. Halle is 41 years old and this will be her first child. Halle told Access Hollywood the following,

“Yes, I am three months pregnant! Gabriel and I are beyond excited, and I’ve waited a long time for this moment in life. Now the next seven months will be the longest of my life!”

Berry was set to shoot her new movie “Tulia” but is postponed due to the pregnancy. The film would reunite Halle with her “Monster’s Ball” co-star, Billy Bob Thornton.

Well.. there have been rumors of her being pregnant for the last couple of years, off and on, so its good to finally hear a positive answer. Her boyfriend is a model and she’s beautiful so I’m sure this means there will be another cute celeb-spawn after this kid is born. Congrats to them!

Halle Berry Pregnant with Gabriel Aubry’s Baby?

It seems like lately all my post titles have been questions. Why is it that everything has to be a rumor for a couple of months before a celebrity will confirm or deny anything?? I get that they want their privacy and whatnot, but in real life, people tell everyone they are pregnant right away. Can’t they just be normal for once?

There is a rumor going through the blog circuit that Halle Berry is pregnant by her model boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry. That’s going to be a hot baby! The National Enquirer has a source saying,

“She’s wanted a baby for so long. But at the same time she’s scared because she is very aware of the complications that having diabetes can cause during pregnancy. She’s doing everything possible to make sure her baby is born healthy.”

Forget the diabetes, girlfriends biological clock is ticking away! Wouldn’t you like to see Halle Berry have a baby with Bruce Willis? Now that would be a buff little baby.

If she is pregnant, good luck to her. I like Halle Berry for the most part so this is good news, if it’s true. The only other thing I could say is never tell your kid you’re the actress that tried to make the catwoman thing happen! Bomb!

Quotes from People’s Most Beautiful People of 2007

People Magazine voted Drew Barrymore the World’s Most Beautiful Person, and then there was a list of other celebs who made the beautiful people list. Some of the choices are questionable, but whatever. Here’s what Drew and the others said, about being beautiful and other beautiful random stuff.

Drew Barrymore on when she feels beautiful:

“Right after I’ve worked out and I’m sweating all over the place and my face is two different colors of white and red and my hair is half wet, half dry and I look like I’m about to have a heart attack. I feel like I’ve changed the shape of my body temporarily into something more flexible and strong.”

Scarlett Johansson said:

“My hair is such a disaster. I never blow-dry. I can’t do my hair at all. It?s just a burden,” admits the star ofThe Nanny Diaries. But the 22-year-old does like one specific part of her anatomy: “I think I have really good feet. They’re cute!”

Jennifer Aniston on yoga:

“I’ve had everything from deep laughter to deep sadness, where I was crying through moves,” she told Self magazine. “It’s good to get that stuff out. You feel like you’re having a therapy session, a workout and a meditation at the same time.”

Patrick Dempsey:

“The gray hairs certainly have come in the last few months,” says the 41-year-old of the grey in his anatomy. “The last year has been difficult on many levels, with the show moving to Thursday night, and everything that happened this year, and worrying that everything was going to go all right with the boys [newborns Darby and Sullivan] and my wife [Jill, age 41]. But they’ve ceased to come in as quickly.”

Halle Berry on aging:

“My choices today reflect the way I feel about myself – I’m happier than I’ve ever been and very comfortable being who and what I am. My current look is confident and sophisticated, with a bit of an edge but always comfortable.”

Jennifer Garner on Violet and Ben:

“Ben and I like more things in ourselves that we now see reflected in Violet. To see my dimples in her makes me like my dimples because I share them with her.”

Katherine Heigl:

“Hair to me is not a priority. All I ever do is throw it in a bun,” admits the Grey’s Anatomy star, 28. “The only thing I know how to do is hot rollers, which is sort of over. I can’t style bangs even though I love them and I’m always like, ‘Let’s cut some bangs!’ And then I’m stuck with hair I can’t figure out.”

Matthew McConaughey:

“I can be pretty vain. Vanity’s not so bad,” admits the 37-year-old. “Look, do I work out because I like to look good? Yes, that part’s vanity. Do I work out because it makes me feel better? Yes, and that’s not vanity.”

Jennifer Lopez:

“I like to look good for Marc,” she says of her husband, Marc Anthony. As for her beauty routine? “I don’t use a lot of expensive creams,” says Lopez, 37. “It’s more simple: mild cleanser, sunscreen and lots of water.”

Eric Bana:

“People in L.A. look too good to me. It’s important to keep flaws,” the 38-year-old Aussie says. In fact, the Lucky You star says his best look comes purely by accident: “I look my best when I take my helmet off after a long motorcycle ride. I have a glow and a bit of helmet hair.”

Kerry Washington:

“When I first started meeting with agents, I remember one immediately telling me all the things I had to change: I’d have to get my teeth fixed, lose weight,” remembers the 30-year-old actress, next in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. “Then I met with another agent two weeks later who was like, ‘You’re perfect – let’s start.’ That’s a good rule to follow: Go where the love is.”

Pete Wentz on the rockstar life and eyeliner:

“I get a ton of under-eye circles because I don’t sleep. Usually I’ll just put on more eye makeup and let it blur in.”

Helen Mirren on staying sexy:

“Number one, I have never smoked. When you are young, you seem indestructible. As you get older, you realize how much it’s helping you. I’ve never done anything to excess, really.” She also thanks her “fundamentally sunny nature,” saying, “unhappiness etches itself on one’s face very quickly.”

Reese Witherspoon:

“Some people are effortlessly glamorous and sexy,” the actress, 31, has told PEOPLE. “For me, a lot of that stuff is difficult.” Still, her skin-care regimen sounds pretty easy: “I just wear a lot of sunscreen. That’s it. Nothing more. I’m just lucky my grandma gave me great skin.

Wentworth Miller:

“I’ve been shaving my head on and off for years, but for a low-maintenance look, it takes a lot of maintenance – I have to cut it twice a week!”

Carrie Underwood:

“I had a couple of freckles on my face that I didn’t like, so I had them removed,” admits the 24-year-old country star. “And I remember one kid said, ‘Now I can’t play connect-the-dots on your face anymore!’ I’ll never forget that.”

“Perfect Stranger” Movie Premiere

Perfect Stranger Premiere

The new thriller, Perfect Stranger, starring Halle Berry and Bruce Willis, looks pretty good. But with a tagline like “How far would you go to keep a secret?”.. how could it not be pure gold?!

The movie is about a journalist named Rowena (Berry) who goes undercover to ferret out a lucrative businessman, Harrison Hill (Willis), as her best friend’s killer. She poses as one of his temps to get closer to him. It ends up being “a game of online cat-and-mouse.” (Source)

Here is a review of the movie, from a regular person who is a user on Internet Movie Data Base. I think it’s honest, but I haven’t seen the flick yet, either.

I watched Perfect Stranger at a preview at my local theater this past weekend, and next to the scantily clad Halle Berry, there was no reason to go watch this movie. There’s nothing wrong with movies with twists in them as long as they’re done with thought, taste, and creativity. The problem in this movie is that the writers have all the freedom in the world to guide the viewers mind and place where the twists lie. It is too easy for the writers to trick the audience, and to some audience members, the simple trick in itself is good enough to make the movie “great.” Well, this doesn’t cut it for me. I want a movie that connects, makes me think, has me connect with a character, or even teach me something for that matter. Perfect Stranger lacked meaning, taste, and creativity and is just another one of those “movies with a twist.” FYI: The movie was a long advertisement with way too much product placement. Even if the movie does bomb, the movie industry would have made up for the loss in the amount of advertising they put in the movie.

Well anyway, if you see the film let me know what you think of it. Like I said above, I haven’t seen it but what I do know is that Halle Berry looks about a gillion times better with long hair. It’s like she’s a whole new lady. And I’m feeling the peacock looking dress. She knows how to keep it funky.

Halle Berry Gets a Star on the “Hollywood Walk of Fame”

hb pic

Halle Berry finally got her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Hollywood Boulevard.

Here’s what she said:

“I cannot tell you how good it feels inside me right now. I wish you all could be inside me right now to know how it feels.”

I’m sure there were plenty of dudes that would’ve liked to “be inside” her, too.

She must’ve really been excited to saying something that, well… stupid.

Other celebrities that have stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame are Ryan Seacrest, Pat Sajak (host of Wheel of Fortune), Bob Barker (The Price Is Right), Big Bird, Pee Wee Herm–wait, Halle Berry is excited about being next to these people?

All the good stars in front of Grauman’s Chinese Theatre must’ve been taken.

So I guess congratulations to her?
