Here is Fergie shopping on Rodeo Drive yesterday. The jeans are a bit funky but she’s a funky chick and can pretty much pull anything off. I think she looks great. Her hair looks really good, too. I just wish she’d get rid of that eyebrow ring already! I absolutely hate that thing.

Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson graces the cover of the May 2008 issue of Glamour Magazine. I really love Fergie. Her music is good, she’s in great shape, she seems happy and upbeat, and we never see her flashing her goods or getting DUIs. She’s really a breath of fresh air! Here are scans from the magazine that I got from Hollywood Tuna. They get all the scan-cred. I’d buy a scanner and just start buying these magazines and scanning them myself but I figure keeping the electricity on is pretty important right now. One day, though.

 

Good news! The Dutchess Fergie, who got engaged to her long-time boyfriend actor Josh Duhamel over Christmas, may be pregnant. The couple were supposed to be married in a year and now they’ve decided to move their wedding up significantly. Sources say the couple will get married within the next two months so that Fergie can hide her “bump” in her wedding. Page Six has some details:

“She picked up a wedding dress while she was in New York for Fashion Week and wants to move the wedding up so she is married before the bump becomes too obvious,” one insider said. “At Clive’s, she just drank water.”

This is good news, if its true. I totally think Josh and Fergie make the cutest couple. I know she used to do drugs but it’s not going to be a meth baby so will all the other bloggers calling it a meth baby please just shut up!?  I totally like Fergie–she’s unique, fun, and she is the anti-Paris. I hope she and Josh last cause they are so cute. Good luck to them on trying to keep their wedding on the DL and, if its true, congratulations to them!

Wedding bells will ring for Josh Duhamel and Fergie.

The actor’s rep confirms to E! News that Duhamel recently popped the question to the Black Eyed Peas singer.

So far, there’s no word on a wedding date.

Duhamel, 35, and Fergie, 32 (real name: Stacy Ferguson), have been an item since September 2004. They met when she made a guest appearance on Las Vegas.

The proposal comes after Fergie told Blender earlier this month that she was in no real rush to get engaged because she and Duhamel were “practically married, anyway.”

“I’m madly in love with him,” she said of her now fiancé. “He understands how to treat a woman and give me respect.”

Aside from planning her nuptials, Fergie is working on completing her second solo album, the follow-up to 2006′s The Dutchess.

She has also signed on to perform a remix of Michael Jackson‘s “Beat It” on the upcoming 25th-anniversary edition of Thriller.

Duhamel is currently in his fifth season on Las Vegas. Earlier this year, he starred opposite Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox in Transformers.

I love Fergie; her music, her attitude, her body.. you name it and I probably like it about her! So when I read that she was chosen by Blender Magazine as their 2007 Woman of the Year, I was beyond stoked. I’m so glad they chose someone talented instead of someone like Ashley Tisdale or something. Everyone seems to be bitching about how she looks very photoshopped but let’s be realistic, no matter how beautiful someone is, don’t they photoshop the hell out of them anyway? Yes, they do, so shut up please. Here’s some of Fergie’s interview, via PageSix:

On her overly sexual persona:
“Those songs are about the larger-than-life Fergalicious. It’s a part of me, but expanded. I am a very sexual person, behind closed doors. I’m a freak. Flirty, sexual but not promiscuous. I’m basically a tease — take it or leave it.

How she and boyfriend Josh Duhamel “relax”:
“We like to watch very funny movies with a lot of snacks. [Blades of Glory] is the type of movie we rent all the time. We, uh, get our munchies and watch comedies. We have a blast.”

On “At Night I Pray,” a song she released with Wild Orchid in 1996:
“That wasn’t really me. Was I praying at night that love would come along? No, I was out cheating on my boyfriends. I was the biggest cheater on the planet. I was having fun.”

On winning Grammys:

Reacting to her infamous pant-wetting incident:
“It’s like there’s one or two things the public knows about every famous person. With Ashlee Simpson, everyone knows she had a nose job. With me, everyone knows I wet my pants onstage and had a crystal-meth addiction; that sucks. You have to laugh.”

Everyone still calls Fergie a meth head but people don’t call Britney, Lindsay, Paris and those other skank crack heads. Whats the difference? And I hope she wins a lot of Grammys! I hope her career is really successful. I always see her out and about, working out and being graceful. She’s not flashing her goods, getting drunk and stumbling into a car, telling people who she is.. she just seems like she really has her head on straight. Who’s with me on this one?

Since I’ve been sick the last two days with a nasty cold, I didn’t really get to do anything the last couple of days. Plus, I didn’t want to. I laid on the couch drinking juice, blowing my nose in paper towel (we don’t have any tissues) and watching Nip/Tuck on DVD. I didn’t even know the 2007 American Music Awards were on but I have to say, even if I did know, I probably still wouldn’t have watched them cause I don’t care.
