It has been a year since Anna Nicole Smith has passed away. It doesn’t feel like a year, though, because after she died there was so much frenzy and drama. Larry Birkhead and Anna’s lawyer, Howard K. Stern, fought as hard as they could over Anna’s money, estate, and daughter, Dannielynn. Of course we found that Dannielynn belongs to Larry Birkhead, as everyone assumed, and since then Larry has used his daughter to the extreme–whoring her out to magazine for money and going on news shows, still talking about the late mother of his daughter. Howard K. Stern has sort of disappeared into a haze. After he lost his court cases, he just  melted away. Anna’s mom, Virgie Arthur, is also still trying to make a buck of her dead daughter. She’s trying to write a book and this and that.. all these people are still taking advantage of Anna Nicole Smith, even after she’s been gone for a year. Let’s hope that Anna Nicole Smith is in a better place now. I think, in the midst of her happiness, drugs, and utter depression, Anna wanted to leave and be with her deceased son Daniel. Let’s hope they are somewhere together, both happy and safe. Rest in peace, Anna! Let’s hope the next year and the years after that are way more calm than the last.

It seems as if Larry Birkhead, just one day after finding out that he is the father of Dannielynn Hope, is already becoming an arrogant ass. And I’m not sure why this is, because, although he has been named the father, he has yet to receive any cash or physical custody. I thought this guy was the most legit of all the contenders, but now I’m beginning to wonder. Anyway, this guy is already going on television shows talking about the results. Let’s not forget, however, that people get paid for going on these shows. So is he going on these programs to get money, or what? Because he doesn’t really need to preach his side of the story anymore, now that he’s officially the daddy. Blah, I just don’t like it. Here’s what he said on NBC’s Today Show:

“I do not want to share custody with anyone else … There’s only one dad.”

I sort of see him as being selfish right now. I understand not wanting Virgie Arthur to see the girl, because Anna Nicole Smith hated her mom, but what about people who really loved Anna? No one comes to mind, right now, but I’m sure there’s got to be somebody? And I don’t mean Howard K. Stern.

Oh, and get this, Larry Birkhead, while on The Today Show, compared hearing the results of the DNA test to winning an Oscar. I’m at loss for words, really. I’m not sure if that’s grotesque or weird or nice or what. It’s just, wow.

Anyway, Larry should be taking Dannielynn back to his place in Los Angeles soon. The key word in that sentence being “should.”

The results are in and the biological father of late model Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter, Dannielynn, are revealed!

Dannielynn is the ONLY HEIR to Anna Nicole Smith’s fortune! (Or maybe lack there of!)

Now that the biological father is determined, physical custody is the next fight! Money, location, family… all will play a role in when he’s gonna get his daughter!

So Anna Nicole Smith’s diary has been released and it is sad. I mean, the entries are from 1992 to the 1994 range, but they are still very sad. She seems like she really loved her husband, J. Howard Marshall II, and that she was really just an airhead. If you are having trouble reading the entries, join the club because I had trouble too. She obviously was unaware of complete sentences, but she was probably already dabbling in drugs.

What do you think, is it wrong to expose her personal diary entries or should they be considered public domain??

The paternity test results will be revealed later THIS WEEK!

What this basically means is that it will be confirmed that Howard K. Stern IS NOT the daddy.

Larry Birkhead is probably the daddy, but even if he’s not I wouldn’t be surprised. I can’t wait to see the look on Howard K. Stern’s face when the news is read that he isn’t the dad. Wait, he won’t be shocked so he’s really going to have to put his acting skills to the test to at least fake being surprised.

He tried to appeal the DNA test, but a panel of three judges ruled against him. They know what’s up. They also fined him $5,000 for being a douche bag and wasting the court’s time.

I mean, I knew Anna Nicole Smith was into drugs. Who didn’t? She could barely even speak a sentence without having to mumble constantly, close her eyes and ask ‘what’ a few times. But the report from medical examiner Dr. Perper came out this morning, and the list of things Anna Nicole Smith took was quite large. Here’s what was in her system at the time she passed:

 

• Trichloroethanol (a sedative and hypnotic)

• Trichloroacetic acid (treatment of warts, including genital warts)

• Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (an antihistimine and sedative)

• Clonazepam (aka Klonopin; used for treating anxiety)

• Diazepam (muscle relaxant, used for treating anxiety, insomnia)

• Nordiazapam (sedative)

• Temazepam (a sedative and hypnotic)

• Oxazepam (a muscle relaxant and sedative)

• Lorazapam (anti-nausea, sedative, muscle relaxant) (Source)

That means she was taking nine different types of medications, six of them being sedatives. Sad, sad, sad stuff. If Howard K. Stern was soo legit, where was he when she was taking a cocktail of pills?
