Britney’s Lawyer Speaks
(I know this post has nothing to do with nasty Paris Hilton, but I couldn’t resist!)
Kevin Federline is winning his battle against his ex-wife Britney Spears. Kevin has alleged her as an unfit mother and, sadly, it’s turning out to be true. Yesterday, a judge ordered Britney Spears to give up full custody of her boys by October 3rd at noon. She’s already given them up. What did she do after? Go tanning and get photographed looking really happy. Britney’s lawyer, surprisingly, told the truth about the situation. He said,
“We weren’t able to prove compliance with what the judge ordered.” “Specifically, the judge ordered that by 10 a.m. (Monday) morning, both parties show valid
California driving licenses. I’ve been unable to produce evidence of that.” “There was a claim by Mr. Federline’s attorney that she had not complied with a previous order the court had made – before I came on board (as lawyer)– about having a random drug and alcohol test.”  ”There’s no evidence that she actually failed a test.“
Maybe she hasn’t failed the test but she has yet to take it which is basically the same thing. If you’re clean, why wouldn’t you take the test? EXACTLY! I’m sick of Britney’s drama. I almost wish Lindsay Lohan was out of rehab already.
i am so surprised how many people on these blogs are defending Britney! What is WRONG with you people?? If a judge tells you to do something to keep your kids and you do NOT do it, then you lose them! People keep saying maybe this is her wake up call…well seems to me she just keeps hitting the snooze button and partying on… my 14 year old daughter could take better care of those kids…
But your forteen year old daugther learns how to take care of things – Britney always had someone who told her what to do and how to act – she is still a little girl cause she grew up in a golden cage and no one ever showed her the simplest things – she needs desperately help.
Maybe just maybe–now she will learn to follow the general rules of life and have some respect for authority. If this does not wake her up to seek some intervention–then nothing will.
Do you think Britney was the ONLY girl who had everything handed to her? Wrongo..Brit was an average child and girl before she got famous..THEN she lived in a golden cage. There were kids who were RAISED by stars..who have had their own kids..who dont act near as clueless as Britney. So I dont buy that as her reasons for being the..bad mom..she is.
