So, Britney lost custody of her kids because she failed to take the required drugs tests and was driving without a valid California’s drivers license, right? Well now she’s got a license but she’s saying the reason why she didn’t take those drug tests was because she was sleeping. Right, well… if sleeping is code for “I was doing meth and cocaine while eating cheetos” then I believe her. E! Online says:

Twice-weekly random drug testing was one of the many provisions handed down Sept. 17 that would have allowed Spears to retain joint custody of two-year-old Sean Preston and year-old Jayden James after Federline petitioned for primary physical custody.

But L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon ruled Monday that Spears was not “in substantial compliance” with last month’s order, citing her lack of a valid California driver’s license and concluding that a missed drug test was, as far as the court was concerned, a failed drug test.
