Just when you think Britney Spears can’t get any stupider, she goes and does something really, really, really retarded. Man, I can always count on Britney Spears to make me feel good about myself, both inside and out! After losing custody of her two toddler sons earlier this month, you’d think Britney would be carefully preparing for her next court-ordered custody hearing and check-up that is late in October. What is she doing, though? Wasting money, time, and her life, basically. She is going to Starbucks, shopping, eating a lot of fast food, not working out, drinking, and staying out late. That alone is going to almost guarantee that she won’t get her boys back. Add in the fact that she still hasn’t taken her court-ordered drug tests or done her parental counseling and then it’s set in stone. BUT NOW… she wants to be a bartender. It’s like she locked up her boys and threw away the key! According to TMZ, Britney was at the Viceroy Hotel when she decided she wanted to be a bartender:

Sources inside the Viceroy Hotel in Santa Monica, Calif. tell TMZ Brit checked in Thursday and at around 10:30 PM went downstairs and started talking with a bartender.

We’re told Spears told the bartender she wanted to do what she did — then asked for and obtained an application from the night manager to work in the hotel’s “Cameo Bar.”

Seriously, unless shes just doing all this extra crap to mess with our heads then she is pretty much screwed. I mean, if she just wants to throw everyone for a loop, I’m ready for the good part now. Only, I have this sneaking suspicion she doesn’t want to throw us for a loop, there is no good part, and she’s really just that lost. I think lost is a good word to describe where she’s at. I’m going through that phase now where I feel bad for her again. So sad.
