Remember that hooker that got a minute of fame because she had sex with Eliot Spitzer? Well, now she’s really trying to milk that minute of fame. Now she’s suing Girls Gone Wild owner Joe Francis for using her name and likeness and for producing stills of the video she was in when she was underage.

This is a tough one to take sides on because both of these people have no morals and are strickly about money. I mean, this chick, Ashley Alexandra Dupre, wouldn’t even be complaining about this whole Girls Gone Wild thing if she hadn’t been brought into the public because of Spitzer. She’d be loving the attention. Hell, she IS loving the attention. She is just complaining to get more attention and hopefully more money. God forbid this child just get a real job like the rest of us.

Joe Francis, however, is no angel. In fact, he is an alleged rapist and convicted money grubbing scum bag. So really, what right does he have to tell anybody he can sell pictures of them? I mean, legally, he’s probably right but where does he get off thinking that what he does for a living is okay and worth anyones time? Seriously. He’s such a piece of shit it’s almost funny.

I wonder how this lawsuit will turn out. I bet she doesn’t get a penny.
